Tirana’s Mother Teresa Square Redevelopment Secures a US$20 Million Contract

On 23 October, Albania’s Development Fund announced that the Progeen–Bami consortium had won the contract to renovate Mother Teresa Square in Tirana and construct underground parking. The reported award is worth ALL 1.63 billion excluding VAT, approximately €17.5 million (US$20 million), below the original tender ceiling of €22.5 million. Infrastructure contractors and engineering firms can explore construction analytics, asset monitoring and project modelling, while HPC can provide computing support with a quotation based on the confirmed project scope.
